BAD SERVICE

<p>I have orderd a item from China it arrived in South Africa 02/02/2017 it was sent to customs 11/02/2017.Email Postoffice SA and was told they have a backlog and dont know when it will be released to be delivered to me.Sent them a mail 12/03/2017 to get update on my parcel and the replay was no further or new updates.How long does it take please can someone look into this matter.</p>
