Bad service

<p>I postate an item thru fast mail and was told it will reach Venda by Thursday i have sent it Tuesday, Now i am told the item was scaned to Polokwane and will only reach Venda by Monday.</p> <p>I paid R479.79 FOR the item to be fast and reach Venda Thursday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so angry and frustrated.</p>
