bad service

<p>i'm very much dissapointed by the serivece i'm recieving from the Cape Town Post office. i honestly don't understand why we should pay for speed service , only to find out that they won't treat your case urgent. even when they encounter problems they don't bother to inform their customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>you'll call them everyday and get one lousy answer. i'm one unhappy customer</p>
