Bad service

<p>I went to Stone Towers king williams town post office to create a Postal order to be Submitted at Unisa , this is my first time doing all this now I go to a consultant that was available she tells me there are forms to be filled of which she doesn't have a copy nor the forms I was told to go to another branch to get them of which I did and she said she will help me with filling it. Fine ,got the forms now she is telling me I have to figure out how to fill them, she made it clear to me that she won't help me. I had to call my mother she works in Mthatha also Post office she told me to ask someone else to help me of which a gentleman did help me with everything paid the necessary amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm am not pleased because post office deals with people customer service has to be 100% if there is a misunderstanding you explain politely to a customer so she can leave the store helped. I work for mtn too I know customer service. </p> <p> </p> <p>The are many unemployed people who would be grateful of what she has. Her name is Zoliswa Nongongo.</p>
