Bad Service

<p>I sent a package on the 27th of May to Guelph, Canada and the package was meant to have been delivered by the 10th of June. I kept tracking the parcel till the 3rd of June when i was told that it was not traceable from South Africa once it has left the country. After the 3rd of June my brother , the receiver of the parcel went to the post office in canada and was told they could not track the parcel then the parcel was sent back to South on the 8th of June and noone from the post office at centurion mall bothered to inform me about it having been sent back to the country. Only today affter having phoned several times was i told that the parcel was at centurion mall post office . When i went to collect it i carried my south african license and was told to bring my passport as my license was not acceptable yet they are three forms of identification id/passport/south african license. The service i received at centurion mall was appalling to say the least. now i am expected to go back with my passport and collect the parcel and pay for the postage again for *********** service.</p>
