Bad service

<p>I was shipped a couple of items from overseas, one with a tracking number and a few others without during the course of February to May. The one with the tracking number was said to be delivered to my door step yet upon tracking it said "First notification". I did not receive a notification that my parcel was in the country and it was not delivered. Eventually I was told that my item was at a post office nearby after querying about it via email. </p> <p> </p> <p>For the items with no tracking number, I have not received any word about where they are and was told by staff that I was supposed to be told abput the items yet nothing was reported to me. I has been a few months and I the post office staff are doing nothing to help me. Most items were even re-shipped and still no word about where anything is. </p>
