Bad Serivce from the SA Post Office

On the 05-11-2015 my parcel left Hilton in KZN and arrived at Witspos Hub on the 09-11-2015. Since then it has been sitting there with no updates. I have contacted my local post office with the same feedback. <br> <br> Out of desperation, I contacted every possible number I could find and have spend more that 8 hours \HOLDING"on the customer service line. All my written complains have not been acknowledges not feedback provided. <br> <br> This is not a free service"
