Bad postal service!!!

<p>Iv ordered items from abroad which was successfully shipped until it arrived to its destination country.my parcel was 1week in jhb mail hub then posted to capemail hub which is now stuck there almost 2 weeks? Iv called the customer line and guess what......NO ANSWER????? I can see my parcel is intransit surely that means it's on its way or is the driver at mc Donalds drive through for the past 2 weeks. Sapo sucks.come on guys can't I just collect?my tracking number isII ********** 93ZA</p>
