BAD POST OFFICE SERVICE- INTERNATIONAL PARCEL STILL NOT DELIVERED

<p>I sent a parcel to Lubumbashi in the Democratic of Congo on the 20 February 2017, they told me it would be delivered in 10 working days via Air. I have been calling and emailing back and forth and the Post Office can't tell me where the parcel is or track the parcel. I even sent mails to ********** , no one ever mailed me back. This is by far the worst Post Office service i received thus far. The people at the post office couldn't even give me details of a courier. The person in Lubumbashi has been going to the local Post Office to check and still hasn't receieved anything yet.</p>
