BAD POST OFFICE SERVICE AT BENDOR POLOKWANE

I have a wish account, and my nick name is Gransie, but in my ID book it Legrange Botha Stevens. i had an affidavit from my attorneys saying that Gransie is my nick name. As on the web site op SA Post office it sates you can have an affidavit from the attorneys or the Police station. Elizabeth at the Post office in Bendor Polokwane refuses to take that affidavit and ignored me and still i cant get my parcel from them. I see this as theft as they are keeping my parcel from me. I have my wish account I showed it to her how i set it up, I had my business card that state my nick name, and also on the parcel is my cell number witch rings by me and also my slip to collect from them still she refuses to give me my parcel. How am I suppose to get my parcels if she refuses all these evidence that i brought with me.
