I received very bad service from the cashier No 1 )Red Jacket No Name Tag available on her)

went to enquire on a parcel she told me to get the tracking number, rightfully so I returned a few minutes later and whilst explaining to her that I managed to get the tracking No she abruptly threw a card and a pen through the glass window at me I asked her if she was in a bad mood, she ignored me later she abruptly asked for my ID a while later again a straight tone she requested R28 Is
