Bad management and service

I have been a client of Boksburg North Post Office for 3 years now, and NOT ONCE has anything run smoothly!! There is a white lady - I am not sure if she is the manager but she is so RUDE!!!!

They don't deliver the post notes to the customers and if they do they have already sent the packages back.

I was there yesterday there were 2 clients in front of me both with the same problem that I had. Their packages arrived last year August and December and they only received the notes last week.

The 2x black ladies that work the is just as rude, they will not get off their chair to go look for something or track the number or anything!

This post office is USELESS!!!!!! You either need to get new management or rather close the doors!!! Everytime they send my package back because I haven't collected because I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NOTE I have to pay for my whole package again!!!

Their service is beyond unacceptable!!

What are you going to do about this matter?
