Bad experience and service.

Cape mail foreign parcels epping. The post office are very bad and slow on everything they do. You wait hours for them to answer the phone. you need to contact 4 different branches, then the one you want to contact .then they only answer.If you requier any info regarding parcells from overseas , you get a respond .did you know we had a strike.This excuse and that excuse. Even people at the post offices tels you who works for them how pathetic the post office are. That they dont care for the customers.Pep stores does parcell collection etc. Best post office give everything over to someone else to do. DHL. intertown , etc.There service are bad very bad im waiting longer than 1,5 months for parcells.The sender says it has arrived months ago. at its destination.Post office bad for business. We need Better service.We pay there salarys.Best amazone takes over everything.they are much faster. I recieve parcells in 2 weeks from same sender if i go through amazone.They are the way to go for fast helpful friendly door to door service. Post office. a no no anymore. not using them again.
