Bad Delivery

<p>I have a parcel that was sent to me at the end of July and was expected to be recieved last week. I sent an email and after a week still no response. Even tried calling but they never ever answer. I waited on the line for 20 minutes but nobody answered. Tried tracking my parcel and the last update I got was on the 03/08/2016 and it is now 10/08/2016! This is pathetic service as they are taking their own time with something I payed for and offering no assistance. It has a lot been a week overdue for my parcel and still no sign of it. I even went to the post office in my area and still no help! This is really frustrating since it is a gift and it's already too late! </p>
