Bad Customer Service SA Post Office

I'm extremely irate about the level of customer service at SA post office, because of incompetence and ignorance my parcel was moved from Krugersdorp to PTA on 26/01/2018. I have called countless times to correct this error, I have emailed customer services numerous times to date I have not received any response. Is there a post office in SA? who is in charge ? why are they not answering calls or responding to email? why do you have staff working 8+ hours daily ? I'm extremely appalled by the lack of services , next thing you know my parcel will be missing!!! ! Mr Mark Barnes; Ms Lindiwe Kwele; Mr Claude Phillips; Ms Anthea Seafield your Operational staff is lying dormant reshuffle post office and get rid of the dead weight!!
