Bad customer service from post office
<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>I am receiving a bad service from post office from their call centre to their post offices. i have been tracking for my parcel overseas for the past 3 months now and I am being sent from pillar to post, no one seems to know where the parcel is, I spoke to the call centre which I had to hold for 30 minutes (10h51), I was told my parcel is at boksburg west post office, when I call boskburg west post office (11h09) they tell me they did not receive the parcel and they do not know where it is. i track on line and it shows the parcel is still at the Germiston postal Hub from the 22nd of November 2016.
