Bad customer service

I was at durban central to make a sassa card sbonga zulu was super rude. He never explain that if u don't live around durban u can not be assisted instead he treated us like trash saying he we can not tell him how to do his job. He left us standing saying we must see our self out. I believe there was a better way to explain to us and treat us with good customer service. I hope u give him a training on how to treat customers as i would never use that post office. He has made me feel less of my self just because im unemployed and his employed. He never even bothered to check if we will find help where he sent us until he saw us taking his name. That is when he made a call to check if where is sending us there is any sassa cards. I hope action will be better the customer service
