Bad customer service at post office

Good day. We are experiencing problems related to bad service at westernburg post office in Polokwane. We are unable to renew our vehicle licenses because they remain offline. Is it possible that the network can be offline every single day for extended hours? This is uneacceptable. Today on 25/09/2020 my sons were at the front of the row when the lady who was supposed to assist them told them that she was going on lunch. That was 13h00. She only left the office at 13h40 and told us that sge was offline as she left. They are also not keen to help, very rude and unfriendly. We ask that something be done about this. Most people does not have internet or know where to report. The pist office is losing validation. Kindly assist in this regard.
