Bad customer service and account management

We invested our money with post office for over 3 years. Now that we want to withdraw our money they are giving us a run around. The Staff at Greenstone (Edenvale) branch are rude and clueless. A lady by the name of Dikeledi and her manager are the worst. From Saturday till today they still creating stories.
