Bad Customer Service

From Thursday 12.11.15 I have been going to Hatfield Post Office to Fetch my parcel and the consulted told me that they can not trace my parcel and when i call the Post Office customer care they told me that my parcel was delivered to Hatfield on the 09.11.15.<br> <br> On 17.11.15 16:00 I went back to the Post Office they still could not find my parcel and the Manager gave me attitude saying I quote \ why did you came so late we want to knock off leave your Numbers i will call you tomorrow when i find your parcel"She did not even take my name. she did not even apologise for inconveniencing me. I work in Arcadia and i have to use patrol to go to Hatfield. <br> <br> The service at Hatfield Post Office is so poor the consultant are even dragging their feed and they help customers.<br> <br> I will never use Hatfield Post Office<br> <br> """
