Bad Customer Service

On the 03-07-2019 I went to SA Post Office in Bramley to renew my car's license, upon my arrival there ws three ladies behind the counter, one lady was busy with another client and two ladies speaking isizulu were busy playing on the other one's phone, they were laughing very louder and it happens for more than 10 minutes or so,then I decided to walk out and leave, I was extremely disgusted, I think they don't deserve to be working with customers at all..What a bad customer experience i experienced..
