Bad Customer Service

The post office in Pietermaritzburg church street is filthy... there is water leaking from the roof which is not even wiped on the floor.... there is a big whole on the roof left open and the staff there is extremely rude... I waited in line to be helped, mind you there was only 2 people in but I was there for 30 minutes staff busy doing their own thing I then proceeded to go certify documents but I ended up leaving because there was a line of about 5 people but no one behind the counter!
