Bad Customer Service

I would like to inform you that I received very bad customer service from Gatesville Post Office Saturday morning.

I came to collect 3 packages from your Post Office and waited in a long line. I never had an issue waiting but when I was helped I spoke to a lady by the name of Natasha Pepper and she advised me that she cannot look for my packages as there was a long line.

As a customer I drove all the way and took the time to collect my packages and getting this response from you staff is unprofessional . First of all if there is a line you should still support the customer as any other day. Why should a customer come back to collect their goods when your branch has enough staff to support us customers. This shouldn’t be the case. You guys should employ more staff if this is the case on a Saturday.
