Bad customer service

I posted my parcel(ordinary) at west street post office Durban to Wonderkop in the 28 August 2018, when I track the parcel it shows unknown when I go to the post office for them to check it for me from the 6 Septeber2018 they say its in Pretoria and i went there again on Tuesday this week they said it is in Wonderkop when my sister went there to fetch it no parcel received and today they said it's still on the way to Wonderkop I've been calling customer care sending email and sms no help I'm not happy at all with the service that I received at post office.
