Bad customer service

I would like to log a complain,I always order online and ny parcels get delivered to Pimville Post office, A lady by the name of Zodwa,who at all times is rude and treats people like *******. She doesnt live up to customer service,if she needs to be trained how to treat a customer,and that she is the brand representing the business.
