Bad customer service

Good morning my cousin was at Maclear Post Office and the service was pathetic there. It was yesterday round about past ten the queue was long but Post Office employees were chatting about personal stuff with their cell phone ? laughing ? neglecting the customers. The manager or supervisor was also there chatting with them. My cousin wrote this on Facebook and lot of people complaining about the Maclear employees. They were saying since the white employees left the service its bad there. I was concerned because this is the second person complaining. There were more ten other people who were complaining on my cousins timeline. Can you please refer this complaint to the relevant people please. I need this problem solved ASAP. I'm thinking about our parents and grandparents treatment in this Post Office. How can you please stop this poor customer service because our parents and grandparents are going to use the Post office for their social grant. My contact number is ********** 174/ ********** 410.
