BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to post office in Centurion, Mall@Reds yesterday (2019/12/09). I got there around 17:00-17:10, the lady who was on duty told me they are closed even though the sign read closing 18:00 with no sign that said otherwise. I forcefully entered and watched people being turned away while she rushed to help me as though it was a favor, she rushed me through everything i even forgot to put some documents in the envelope. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN HER CONDUCT.
