Bad customer service

<p>Today I visites the Sterkstroom post office to have my documents certified. I was turned away because I had not made the copy with them.</p> <p>I was refused assistance and had to go to the Police station to have the document certified.</p> <p>I need to know where in your policy it states that an individual will be refused assistance if they bring their own copies. I feel that I was disrespected and ill treated because we are made to believe that such despicable behavior should br tolerated. This shows how our uneducated parents are treated. </p>
