Bad Customer service

I ordered a product from America in November 2019 that was delivered on the 27th of January at Gezina Post Office, they was suppose to let me know that the parcel are there, to date I have not yet received anything, just want to say that Gezina Post office is a pathetic Post office , I called them about 10 times today and nobody answer, no customer service . According to the tracking system, it shows that the parcel is in transit but is still at Gezina Post office since 27th of January.
