Bad customer service

I went to post office in rustenburg cnr loop and pretorius Street on the 13 of October 2020 to check if my package from China has arrived as I saw it on the app that it landed on the 15th of August 2020, I was assisted by a lady by the name of Mimi Motshwaedi who was very rude and did not want to check how far is my package even after I gave her my tracking number, she only gave me 5 or 6 receipts books that were laying on the counter to go through them and check if my name was not there and she told me to go back home they will send me an sms when they receive the package no estimated date or month nothing was given to me. I decided to go back again on the 13th of November 2020 at least after a month to check what's happening I found Mimi Motshwaedi again she refused to try and track my package on the system again after a month she told me to go home they will send me an sms when they get my package these time she went as far as taking her mask off so that she can scream at me nicely in front of other customers and she told me that there are bags full of packages for August at the back but I must just go home there is nothing she can do to help me I just have to wait for sms, it's been over 3 months now. I just want to know where is my package and when can I expect it, I can't just wait for sms that I don't even know when it's going to be sent to me, I have a tracking number and what is tracking number for if I can't be assisted with it or the post office staff member can't even look at it. I am tired of going up and down facing clueless Mimi screaming at me like mad person. Tracking number RR***TO.
