Bad consumer services from SAPO Mtubatuba KZN

Only one person who attends to thr consumers to renew their license renewals... Waiting time 3hours plus and only allows consumers to be helped till 4pm and the trading hours are till 4:30PM they tell you to come back the next day and the same story day after day, this will be day 4 since last week.
