Bad carrier service

A parcel was sent to me from UK to Nigeria and since May 4th it keep saying Tracking no. RU ********** 41GB Your item has been received at JIMC A AIR, PRIORITY MAIL LETTERS, South Africa. More information will be available as it travels through the network. I never receive my package yet since May 4 please can anyone help me on what to do about this. I’m getting feed up right now
