BAD BAD SERVICE

<p>I have been waiting for my parcel since it for stuck at Johannesburg Internationalail centre. When I track it online it says it's been held by customs since 16 April 2017. They donot answer calls it's always experiencing high call volumes even at 12 am midnight.
