BAD BAD SERVICE

II went to the post office in Lenasia south of johannesburg to get a print out for the license disk after receiving my road worthy certificate and the lady that helped me there was not helpful at all she did not even want to understand she just told me i have to pay for 2021 before i can get my disk when i tried to explain that i just got the road worthy she said no i wont get a print out before payment for 2021 while i have paid for 2020 and since it is lock down the close office for municipality was closed i could not do anything about it, now when i went to pay for 2021 since the 2020 disk will expire this month i was told that i have to start again with the road worthy since it has expired when i did my road worthy in June and they asked me WHY did the post office refuse too print the 2020 disk on time. this is money that i an spending with this bad service and when you go back to complain no one can assist, THIS PEOPLE APPLY FOR THIS JOBS AND WHEN THEY SUPPOSE TO HELP THEY DONT WE WAIT IN LONG LINES FOR HOURS JUST TO GET BAD SERVICE WITH NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL IT IS NOT WRIGHT AT ALL. I WANT TO KNOW NOW WHO WILL GIVE ME MONEY TO START THE WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN AND FOR THE MISTAKE THAT WAS DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE????????????
