Bad attitude on the workers

I went to post office tuesday to get a new sassa card after coming from offairs around 3pm,they told me that they only do salsa cards until 2pm than i need to come back Friday with all my particulars but when going today as it Friday they said they can't assist me due to network issues.The megacity branch they have a bad attitude including the Durban branch next to workshop.
