Bad attitude from teller

had gone to the post office to do a transfer of ownership on a vehicle. Number 1, there was only 1 teller available for this. She was slow and had no perception of other peoples time. When it was my turn she had a bad attitude, spoke to me as if I was 5 years old, and finished off our transaction with "thanks for leaving" and she also said a swear word in Xhosa.
