27 Mar 2015, 11:31Hello bells101,
Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Firstly I would like to extend my sincere apologies for an uncouth treatment experienced from one of our employees. The behavior of the person involved does in no way reflect the standard to which we hold our employees.
While this was extremely unfortunate experience for you, this is not normal practice for the post office .We have escalated the matter to Consumer Services for corrective measures and an agent attending to the matter will contact you with possible feedback.
Once again, please accept our regrets.
Regards,
Customer Service
