Bad attitude and service

I have sent a parcel on wednesday from centurion to flagstaff with Tracking number TC***ZA, of which I was told that it will reach flagstaff on friday and I paid a lot for that overnight service. On friday I was told that the parcel is in east london, I then went to centurion post office today and I was helped by a lady, who didnt even wanna speak to me, she just showed me the computer and said it arrived in flagstaff on friday. I called flagstaff again and they told me that the rude lady in centurion should have told me that the parcel is still in transit....she didnt even check the facts she just dismissed me. I want an explanation and also a refund for paying for overnight delivery when in actual fact my parcel will take a whole week. I AM ON ***
