Bad Attitude and not willing to do his job

On the 9th of December I was helped by a man with the surname Schoeman, this is the Post office at Randburg Sqaure.<br> <br> I kindly requested this man to track a parcel for me, he barely went through the book and refused to track the parcel on the computer.<br> <br> It seemed to me that he didn't want to help me the reason he gave me is that whatever is in the system should be in the book.<br> <br> I then requested to see the manager because I've been there already twice this month , where the status of tracking will stay as in transit until I fetch the parcels from the branch.<br> <br> Three days have passed with the Status Transit. I then requested to speak with the manager and he told that he is the manager of the place and further on refused to help me.<br> <br> This treatment is unacceptable he was plain rude and wasn't bothered to help me look for the parcel that I know for sure has reached the branch.<br> <br> <br>
