Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Firstly we would like to extend our sincere apology for an uncouth treatment experienced from our employees at the Church Square branch. The behaviour of the ladies involved does in no way reflect the standard to which we hold our employees. While this was extremely unfortunate experience for you, this is not normal practise for the post office
We have escalated the matter to Consumer Services for corrective measures and an agent attending to the matter will contact you with possible feedback.
Once again, please accept our regrets.
