Bad attitude

Hi, just call the post office in Ormonde looking for an employee, the frontline lady was very professional and forwaded the call to admin. The lady pick ups the phone doesn't even have the descency of introducing herself, then i asked to speak to the person am looking for, she ask if i want to confirm employment and i responded and asked to speak to the lady I was looking instead she banged down the phone on me.<br> <br> I called again a gentleman at admin was also very professional and advised that the person am looking for will only be in ffrom 4 for night shift. Now my guess is that lady is she suppose to be an admin person? was she trained? Do not have the name but my call was at around 11H15 to 11H30.<br> <br> Please make sure the staff treats everyone with a professional manner.
