Bad Attitude

On Saturday, 15 August 2015, my husband and myself went to the Post Office in Secunda (after we phoned the help line which confirmed that the parcel was delivered to Secunda). Getting there at counter 10 (the lady standing with a cup of coffee in the hand and looking through a book) I said: Good morning. Her reply: Ja. I said: I would like to find out if you can please check for me if the following parcel has arrived. She rep****: No. Nothing came (Without checking) I said: Can you please check for me? The help desk said it was delivered\ She said:"No they are lying\"" So waiting now since 5 August 2015 and still no parcel."""
