Bad and low customer service

Post office in Randburg Square the staff are very unprofessional, rude and unfriendly before even entering the branch the guy sitting nonchalantly on the chair didn't even acknowledge I was waiting at the door waiting to ask if I can proceed in I had to call him more than once and he mumbled under his breath that I can come in and when asking him where to go he mumbled as if he didn't want to speak. Then the lady that assisted me on the left hand side of the counters didn't even greet and when I asked her to certify my documents she said she's not certifying more than 5 because she must go on a break. The service is very bad!
