bad and good

on the 1st of November i went to sunnyside post office the lady who assisted me the i wont lie she was helpful and nice a very good service from her,now what happened i requested an overnight delivery and she assisted me i paid an amount of R133.95 it was suppose to reach its destination on the 2nd of Nov but it didn't , however i called the speed service call center i was assisted by Mr Thuso Moshoeshoe again a very good service from him i thank him,but i am still not happy as the parcel is still not delivered there was a reason why i requested an overnight service i will the bad service is not from consultant that assisted me but from the speed service itself i am very disappointed i will never use their service again,but thank you to Ms Rebecca Skhosana and Thuso Moshoeshoe thank you guys i really appreciate your effort good service from you and bad service from speed service .
