BACKLOG AT POST OFFICE HUB NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED MAIL SINCE FEBRUARY NOT DISTRIBUTED AS YET

I am awaiting mail posted at end of March from international, it’s been cleared at customs and tracked it that these parcels were being held at the hub, according to the post office manager there is a backlog in deliveries, we have so much unemployment in our country can the post office not employ people to alleviate this backlog, also been to the post office some of the tellers are busy on their WhatsApp utilize these people to become better equipped citizens
