Awful Service

Please can you let me know how it is possible to get a Manifest from the post office with Tracking Number as well as Manifest Number and we also have the Sorting Centre Code and we can not be told which post office we need to go to, And dont ask about calling as they dont even answer the phone, This parcel has been in SA since Jan 2021 and still not received, shocking service, Numerous emails also sent as per the recorded lady when you call the 0860 number please send mail
