Awaiting Parcel since April

My parcel from overseas it's been in the Johannesburg International Mail Center A since April when try to track is says No tracking Information,I tried tracking using the sms to my surprise I got "the tracking no was either incorrectly entered or it was not captured on our systems,,,until when people,, clearly the service is bad no very poor,??
