awaiting international parcel

Hello Peter

I have been awaiting my international parcel from Germany, the parcel was realesed befor 13 Dec 2017 from customs at the JHB Mail Centre Hub as per the SA Post Office tracking system.

I dont know what to do, i really need that parcel please help.
