Awaiting delivery of package close to a month

Hi a package due to be delivered to me has been stuck at JIMC for close to a month now. It was last scanned returning from the customs department on the 6th of October 2017. This has taken long. Please will someone from the Post Office help in speeding up delivery of this package.
