Awaiting delivery of a parcel to no avail

<p>I have attempted to contact the customer care line of the South African post office, to no avail. On the 23rd of December 2016 a parcel was dispatched from Nigel and upon attempting to track it, it seems to be stuck at witspos post office. The tracking number is with me and I would like to find out when it will arrive and why the post office is so slow. I'm not sure as to whether I should include the tracking number here due to the security risk.</p>
